1. Definition and Explanation of Agreement

This agreement is entered into between you and Shenzhen Strontium Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your use of this service. The relevant definitions of this agreement are as follows:

1.1 This service: refers to a service named "Psyche AI Laike" that may include multiple versions of "Psyche AI Laike Web Edition", "Psyche AI Laike Client", and a Psyche AI Laike related application programming interface (API) for third-party websites and applications to access and use

1.2 Deep Strontium Technology: refers to Deep Strontium Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliated companies. Shenstrontium Technology is the operational service provider of Shenstrontium Laike in this service. "Shenstrontium Laike" belongs to "Shenstrontium Technology"

1.3 Psyche AI Laike: Refers to Shenzhen Strontium Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies and their online production platforms, including websites (www.psyai. com) and desktop clients, and is the authorized party of this agreement

1.4 User:Refers to using the Psyche AI Laike website.

1.5 Paid Services: Refers to the diversified network value-added services provided by Shenzhen Strontium Technology to you. After becoming a user, you can enjoy certain privileges under this agreement through payment. The specific service content is subject to the provision of Shenzhen Strontium Laike. You understand and agree that Shenzhen Strontium Technology has the right to make all or part of the changes, adjustments, cancellations, or additions to the paid services based on market conditions

1.6 Production achievements: Refers to the final product created and downloaded/shared by users on Psyche AI Laike, including but not limited to virtual digital humans, videos, images, text, and digital human live streams

1.7 The user identities of Shenzhen Strontium Laike are interconnected across various terminals, but due to different operating media, the user rights, charging modes, and product forms of each end cannot be completely consistent. The specific display on each end shall prevail

1.8 The content of this agreement also includes relevant agreements (such as user authorization agreements and authorization letters), various announcements, question answering, page instructions, and standardized processes that may be continuously released by Psyche AI Laike regarding this service. Once officially released, the above content is an integral part of this agreement and has the same legal effect as this agreement

2.1 Terms of Use

2.1.1 By using this service, you can access the official website of Psyche AI Laike, authorized third-party entrances of Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company, and other means to access the website version or related websites and clients of Psyche AI Laike. If you did not obtain this service from Shenzhen Strontium Technology Co., Ltd. or a third party authorized by Shenzhen Strontium Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Strontium Technology Co., Ltd. cannot guarantee that the unofficial version of Psyche AI Laike related services can be used normally, and the losses you suffer as a result are not related to Shenzhen Strontium Technology Co., Ltd

2.1.2 Shenstrontium Technology Company may develop different versions of application software for different terminal devices. You should obtain, download, and install the appropriate version based on the actual device condition

2.1.3 In order to better enhance user experience and services, Shenstrontium Technology Company will periodically provide updates or changes to this service (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, feature enhancements, development of new services, software replacements, etc.). To ensure the safety of this service and improve user experience, after partial or complete updates to this service, Shenzhen Strontium Technology Co., Ltd. will notify you in appropriate ways (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, on-site messages, SMS, etc.) when feasible.

2.1.4 Unless expressly authorized in writing by Shenstrontium Technology, you are not allowed to access or use this service in any form, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring, or trading, without authorization

2.1.5 You understand that you need to prepare your own terminal devices (such as computers, mobile phones, etc.) related to this service when using this service. Once you open the Psyche AI Laike web version or visit the Shenzhen Strontium Technology related website in your terminal device, it is considered that you are using this service. To fully realize all the functions of this service, you need to connect your terminal devices to the internet. You understand that you should bear the necessary costs (such as data fees, internet fees, etc.) on your own

2.1.6 If you find any content that infringes on your rights in the web version/client or official website of Psyche AI Laike, you can notify Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company and provide evidence of your relevant rights. Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company will promptly handle your complaint in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

2.2 How to become a user of Psyche AI Laike

2.2.1 If you wish to become a user of Psyche AI Laike, you must first log in to your Psyche AI Laike account and apply for corresponding user services according to specific needs. If you are already a user of Psyche AI Laike Enterprise Edition, you can contact the customer service manager of Shenstrontium Technology to serve you. The specific service content is subject to the contract you signed with Shenstrontium Technology. The Psyche AI Laike account you log in to when using Psyche AI Laike services is the only basis for Psyche AI Laike to confirm your identity.

2.2.2 If you register as a user of Psyche AI Laike, you should ensure that the information you provide to Psyche AI Laike is true, accurate, complete, legal, and valid. When your personal information changes, you should update it in a timely manner. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any losses and liabilities caused by the inability to fully and effectively exercise your payment rights or obtain the latest notifications from Psyche AI Laike

2.2.3 After reading and agreeing to all the contents of this agreement and completing all other procedures to become a user of Psyche AI Laike, you will obtain the corresponding user rights of Psyche AI Laike. Under your continuous compliance with the relevant service usage rules of Psyche AI Laike, you can enjoy the corresponding rights during the user service period. If you do not agree with any of the above processes or contents, you should immediately stop the next step of operation. Once you have completed all the procedures to become a user, it is considered that you have no objections to all processes and their rules

2.2.4 At the same time as becoming a user of Psyche AI Laike, you have the right to use the user account within the authorized scope of Psyche AI Laike, and the ownership belongs to Psyche AI Laike. You are responsible for the proper and proper custody, use, and maintenance of your user account (including account information and passwords), and for taking necessary management measures and effective confidentiality measures

2.3 Psyche AI Laike User Usage Rules and Specifications

2.3.1 You confirm that you are a natural person, legal person, and other organization with full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct, and have the ability to independently assume responsibility for all actions related to your use of membership services. 2.3.3 You are aware and agree that you shall not use the services of Psyche AI Laike to produce, publish, or disseminate content that violates national laws and regulations, endangers national security and unity, ethnic unity, social stability, damages national honor and interests, or other insults, defamation, obscenity, violence, and other prohibited content of Psyche AI Laike; It is not allowed to use the services of Shenzhen Strontium to produce, publish, or disseminate content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others such as portrait rights, reputation rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets

2.3.4 You are aware and agree that you shall follow the procedures and platform specifications published by the official channels of Psyche AI Laike to obtain and use, as well as participate in related activities held for users. You shall not obtain and use Psyche AI Laike services or participate in related activities by yourself or assisting others through any of the following methods. Otherwise, Psyche AI Laike has the right to refuse your application or revoke the user qualification involved, refuse or terminate the services provided to you without notice, and will not refund the paid fees or pay any form of compensation/compensation. At the same time, Psyche AI Laike has the right to pursue your relevant legal responsibilities:

(6) By infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of Shenzhen Strontium Laike or others (such as using someone else's identity information or account information)

(7) Other behaviors that are not expressly authorized or violate this agreement, laws, regulations, or regulatory policies by Psyche AI Laike

Psyche AI Laike hereby declares that any act of selling or transferring the user qualification of Psyche AI Laike without explicit authorization from Psyche AI Laike is illegal sales or transfer, and Psyche AI Laike has the right to pursue its legal responsibility

2.4 Information Content Specification

You understand and agree that Shenzhen Strontium Technology has always been committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy, standardized and orderly network environment. Therefore, you are not allowed to use Shenzhen Strontium Technology account services to create, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of Shenzhen Strontium Technology and Psyche AI Laike, as well as infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that violates national laws and regulations:

(1) Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution

(3) Harming national honor and interests

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism, or instigating crimes

(8) insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others

(9) inciting illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, and gatherings to disrupt social order

(10) Activities under the name of illegal civil organizations

(11) Those who do not comply with the "Interim Provisions on the Development and Management of Instant Communication Tools and Public Information Services" and comply with the "seven bottom lines" requirements of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality, and information authenticity

2.4.6 Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, or interferes with the normal operation of Shenzhen Strontium Technology and Psyche AI Laike, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties

2.4.7 If the content you upload and release needs to obtain the permission, filing or relevant legal qualification (including but not limited to the qualification of news information acquisition, editing and dissemination, Internet audio-visual content production and dissemination, etc.) specified in relevant laws and regulations, you should obtain the corresponding permission, filing or qualification certificate. Otherwise, Shenstrontium Technology has the right to refuse or terminate the provision of this service, and impose penalties on the violating account in accordance with this agreement. Therefore, if you cause damage to Shenstrontium Technology or third parties, you should compensate according to law

If the content you upload is an audiovisual program, you are required to comply with the following standards:

Main Qualification Requirements:

(1) You should be an operating unit with the "Information Network Communication Audiovisual Program Business License", and you should upload audiovisual programs within the business scope specified in the "Information Network Communication Audiovisual Program Business License". All legal responsibilities arising from this shall be borne by you

Content Qualification Requirements:

(1) If the content you upload is a variety of movies or TV dramas, it should have a Film Release License or a TV Drama Distribution License

2.4.9 You should be cautious when publishing content that includes minors. If you publish such content, you should obtain the appropriate consent of the guardian of minors and promise to comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Law on the Protection of Minors and the Regulations on the Management of Juvenile Programs (if applicable)

2.5 Platform Usage Specification

2.5.1 The platform use referred to in this article refers to any behavior carried out by users using this service, including but not limited to registration and login, account operation and promotion, and other behaviors carried out using Shenstrontium Technology accounts

2.5.2 You are not allowed to use Shenstrontium Technology account services for the following behaviors:

2.5.4 Forcing or inducing other users to follow the account, click on the link page, or share information

2.5.5 Fictional facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others

2.5.6 Content that infringes upon the personal rights and interests of others such as reputation, portrait, name, and voice, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others such as intellectual property, trade secrets, personal information, and privacy

2.5.7 Filling in and submitting account registration and authentication information violates the provisions of this agreement, or the operational behavior is unrelated to the identity displayed in the registration information

2.5.8 Failure to register and use this service in accordance with the business process of Shenzhen Strontium Technology, violation of the functional restrictions or operational strategies of this service, or taking any measures to avoid the aforementioned processes, restrictions or strategies, interfering with the normal operation of Shenzhen Strontium Technology

2.5.9 Using plugins, plugins, or accessing this service and related systems through other third-party tools, operation platforms, or any service without written permission from Shenstrontium Technology

2.5.10 Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to fraud, pyramid schemes, illegal item marketing, etc., using the services of the Shenzhen Strontium Laike account

2.5.11 Produce, publish methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, whether or not these behaviors are for commercial purposes

2.5.12 Counterfeiting or confusing other people's account nicknames, avatars, feature introductions, or publishing content, or impersonating or using someone else's name

2.5.13 Without written permission from Shenzhen Strontium Technology, any unauthorized or authorized third party may illegally obtain information content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to promotion, increasing reading volume, browsing volume, etc. "Illegal acquisition" refers to the act of reading, copying, storing, and obtaining data and information content using non real users, including but not limited to "spider" programs, crawler programs, anthropomorphic programs, or abnormal browsing methods such as avoiding or disrupting technical measures

2.5.14 Without written permission from Shenzhen Strontium Technology, enter into any form of agreement, commitment, or confirmation with a third party, and publish any content on the Psyche AI Laike account that excludes, excludes, excludes, hinders, hinders, or forcibly selects any function provided by this service without good faith competition

2.5.15 Any behavior that causes or may lead to disputes, controversies, or lawsuits between Shenzhen Strontium Technology and third parties

2.5.16 During the use of this service, you are not allowed to engage in any activities, including but not limited to, providing convenience for the following activities (including but not limited to providing convenience for the user's behavior):

(1) delete, conceal, or change any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other rights statements displayed or contained in this service

(4) Avoid, attempt to avoid, or claim to be able to avoid any content protection mechanism, or cause users to believe that they are directly interacting with Deep Strontium Technology and its related products

(5) Except for information content that cannot be bypassed, use the URL address, technical interface, etc. of Deep Strontium Technology in any way without written permission from Deep Strontium Technology

(6) Without the user's consent, display or provide any information about the user to any other user or party in any other way

(7) Without obtaining the explicit consent of other users and Shenzhen Strontium Technology, publish or send commercial advertisements and other information to other users in the name of Shenzhen Strontium Technology without authorization

(8) Provide proxy authentication credentials for any user to automatically log in to the Psyche AI Laike account

(9) Provide tracking functions, including but not limited to identifying other users' viewing, clicking, and other operational behaviors on their personal homepage

(10) Automatically redirect the browser window to other web pages

(11) Unauthorized access to Shenstrontium Technology products or services

(12) The information content published contains any content that may endanger Shenstrontium Technology, user rights, and terminal information security, such as computer viruses, Trojans, or other malicious programs, links, etc

(13) Fabricating or fabricating facts, or publicly expressing or implying without the written consent of Shenzhen Strontium Technology, that there is a cooperative relationship between you and Shenzhen Strontium Technology, including but not limited to mutual shareholding, business dealings or cooperative relationships, or claiming that Shenzhen Strontium Technology recognizes you

(14) Other behaviors or content that Deep Strontium Technology deems inappropriate or inappropriate

2.6 Responsible for one's own behavior

2.6.1 You understand and agree that Shenstrontium Technology only provides users with a platform for information acquisition, creation, sharing, and dissemination. You must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising from it. You should make your own judgment on the content of this service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including those arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or practicality of the content. Shenstrontium Technology cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks

2.6.2 You guarantee that you will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform, technical interface, or service data; Do not make any modifications to the platform, technical interface, or service data in terms of content, functionality, logic, or interface; The platform, technical interface, service data, or business users shall not be used for purposes other than this agreement

2.7 Psyche AI Laike User Rights

Psyche AI Laike User Rights include experience version, member version, enterprise version, and other types of services launched by Psyche AI Laike from time to time. The functions and benefits of different types of services vary

2.7.1 Experience version: Users can use various free features of this service, but their output videos will contain the Psyche AI Laike brand watermark. Without the permission of Psyche AI Laike, users are not allowed to use the various resources built into this platform for any form of commercial profit, including but not limited to: commercial self media, online video applications, profit performances, online advertising, e-commerce platform advertising, outdoor advertising, film and television content creation, and sensitive purposes (including medical, beauty, medicine, tobacco, health products, etc., as determined by Psyche AI Laike)

2.7.2 Membership version: Only applicable to a single account, users can use various functions of this service, and user output videos do not contain the Psyche AI Laike brand watermark. The restrictions on the use of the production results shall be subject to the relevant provisions of this agreement

2.7.3 Enterprise version: available for team use (team members can only use the relevant functions corresponding to the corresponding account/sub account). Users can use various functions of this service, and their output videos do not contain deep strontium technology brand watermarks. The restrictions on the use of the production results shall be subject to the relevant provisions of this agreement

2.7.4 The specific rights and restrictions included in the specific user services shall be subject to the real-time announcement on the official website page of Shenzhen Strontium Technology/Psyche AI Laike

2.8 Shenstrontium Laike User Paid Services

2.8.1 Psyche AI Laike provides paid services, and you can complete payment through payment methods recognized by Psyche AI Laike on the service activation interface to activate paid services. When opening a paid service, you should carefully check the specific information such as account name, service type and duration. If your personal reasons cause you to charge the wrong account, activate the wrong service or duration, Psyche AI Laike will not be responsible

2.8.2 You are aware and agree that paid services are both online and virtual goods, using a fee first and then service method. The fee paid is the price of the online goods corresponding to the paid service you purchased, rather than a prepayment or deposit, deposit, savings card or other nature. Once the paid service is opened, it cannot be transferred, refunded (except for major defects in the paid service that make it completely unusable), exchanged, exchanged for cash, or used for commercial purposes such as buying, selling, exchanging, or mortgaging. In order to ensure your user rights, please experience and purchase the services of Psyche AI Laike through official channels. All virtual products and their derivative services obtained through unofficial channels are not protected, and Psyche AI Laike has the right to suspend or terminate your services; Shenstrontium Technology Company is not responsible for any losses caused to you as a result

2.8.3 The virtual products (if any) such as coins, points, vouchers, coupons, vouchers, and welfare vouchers obtained by you during the use of the service can only be used for the designated purposes announced by the official channels of Shenzhen Strontium Technology. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and will not be restored after use. Shenzhen Strontium Technology has the right to unilaterally determine its usage rules

2.8.4 The service period is calculated from the date you successfully obtain the corresponding service. Enterprise version users shall refer to the contract signed by both parties

2.8.5 You can only activate one paid service at a time, which means that each paid service will only have its corresponding service validity calculated from the time of successful purchase. Please renew after the purchased member expires. Enterprise version users shall refer to the contract signed by both parties

2.8.6 After the service expires, you will no longer enjoy the corresponding user rights provided by Psyche AI Laike. If there is paid exclusive content in your account's creation record, it will not be able to be edited and used again after the payment validity period expires. You can renew according to the latest rules of Psyche AI Laike to continue enjoying the payment rights. Enterprise version users shall refer to the contract signed by both parties

2.8.7 The user service period includes reasonable time required by Psyche AI Laike for troubleshooting, server maintenance, adjustment, upgrading, etc. Psyche AI Laike will not provide any form of compensation/compensation for the time required or any losses caused by the above situations, but will try to minimize the impact as much as possible

2.8.8 At the end of the user service period, you will no longer be able to continue enjoying your corresponding rights

(1) Psyche AI Laike will provide a 7-day retention period for relevant data generated during the process of not using paid services (such as content you upload, creative records, etc.). After the 7-day retention period, the relevant data will be deleted and cannot be recovered

(2) Psyche AI Laike will provide a 30 day retention period (during which you can log in to your account for data migration and backup without renewal) for the relevant data generated during the use of paid services. You should complete the data migration and backup within the retention period. Otherwise, if your data is lost, damaged, or cannot be recovered as a result, Psyche AI Laike will not be held responsible. If you renew the paid service before the expiration of the paid user service period, your relevant data will continue to be retained until the renewal of the paid service period expires. Except as otherwise agreed in this agreement

. 8.9 You can apply for an invoice for the service fee amount that has been paid. Shenzhen Strontium Laike will issue an invoice to you based on the information you provide and tax regulations. You must ensure that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and bear any consequences caused by incorrect information. If the information you provide is insufficient or does not comply with tax laws, Psyche AI Laike has the right to require you to provide complete and tax compliant information before issuing an invoice. If it involves invoice delivery and both parties have not agreed otherwise, the corresponding mailing cost shall be borne by you

III. Use of Psyche AI Laike Production Achievements

3.3.1 Regardless of whether you are paying for the services provided by Psyche AI Laike, what type of membership you are, or what services you are purchasing, if your production results include authorized materials that you have added yourself, or if there are authorized materials that Psyche AI Laike reminds you to obtain authorization yourself (if any), you must ensure that you have obtained the necessary authorization for the authorized materials before producing and using the production results; Otherwise, any infringement disputes or legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be handled and borne by you on your own

3.3.2 Without the permission of Psyche AI Laike, you are not allowed to use the production results, authorized materials, and production templates for third-party authorization, transfer, sharing, rental, etc; Such content shall not be allowed to be downloaded, extracted, decompressed, or redistributed by third parties in any form (including independent file form); Such content shall not be used in the competitive business of Shenzhen Strontium Laike.

3.3.3 You should pay attention to the instructions provided by Psyche AI Laike regarding the individual authorized materials and production templates (including but not limited to: portrait rights related instructions, property rights related instructions, and whether they can be used separately from the production results), which have the same equivalent force as the relevant provisions of this agreement. The production results, authorized materials, and/or production templates shall not be used in violation of or beyond the authorization scope, authorization authority, authorization time, and other restrictions stipulated in this agreement

3.3.4 The authorized materials do not support downloading to the local location and do not provide source files. They are only available for editing and generating production results within the video or production template editor of Psyche AI Laike

3.3.5 After you have created and downloaded the production results, Psyche AI Laike is not responsible for any modifications such as adding or deleting the production results outside the video or template editor of Psyche AI Laike

3.3.6 You are not allowed to use the authorized materials, production templates, and character portraits (if any) in an offensive, infringing, or illegal manner, including but not limited to:

(1) using them in pornographic images or similar situations

(2) Used to imply that the model is involved in unethical or illegal behavior

(3) Used to suggest that the model has suffered from physical or mental weakness, illness, and other conditions

(4) Behavior used for political endorsement

(5) Other offensive or derogatory behaviors towards the character

Fourthly, account management and personal information protection

4.1 The ownership of the Psyche AI Laike account belongs to Shenzhen Strontium Technology. After completing the registration application procedures, you will obtain the right to use the Psyche AI Laike account, which only belongs to the applicant for registration. The right to use an account is prohibited from gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring, or selling

4.2 You can set your own account password for Shenstrontium Technology. Shenstrontium Technology Company reminds you to properly keep your account and password, and not to illegally buy, sell, rent, or lend personal accounts. If it is found that your Shenstrontium Technology account may have abnormal situations or risks, Shenstrontium Technology Company has the right to re verify your account in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Shenstrontium Technology Company shares the responsibility of maintaining account security with you. Shenstrontium Technology Company will take and continuously update technical measures to strive to protect the security of your account on the server side. You need to take specific measures to protect the security of your account, including but not limited to properly keeping your Psyche AI Laike account and password, installing antivirus Trojan software, and regularly changing passwords. After using it, you should safely exit. You agree not to disclose account or password information to others under any circumstances. Due to your poor storage, your account may be used by others (including but not limited to account theft, password theft) or information data leakage, and you are solely responsible. You understand and agree that until you have made a complaint or file an account appeal, and have clearly informed Psyche AI Laike that your account has been used by others or information data has been leaked, and provided relevant proof materials, Shenstrom Technology Company has reason to believe that the behavior of the account is your use of the account

4.3 When you suspect that others are using your account or password, you agree to immediately notify Shenstrom Technology Company. If you are currently using a Psyche AI Laike account that is not originally registered by you or obtained through other means provided by Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company, but you are aware of the current password of the account, you are not allowed to log in or perform any operations with the account. Please notify Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company or the initial registration entity of the account as soon as possible. If Shenstrom Technology discovers that you are not the initial applicant for registration of this account, Shenstrom Technology Company has the right to terminate your use of this account without notice. 4.4 You understand and agree that in order to protect the data security of you and other users, prevent user information leakage, damage, tampering, or loss, Shenstrom Technology Company has the right to conduct access review on the information system you access, including but not limited to technical level review, security level review, subject qualification review, etc., and based on the review results, provide you with suggestions for anti intrusion, anti virus measures, etc. If your information system still cannot meet the requirements for protecting user data security, Shenstrom Technology Company has the right to refuse or terminate the provision of this service

4.5 If you violate relevant laws and regulations, this agreement, and special rules, Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company has the right to make independent judgments and restrict, freeze, or terminate your use of the Shenzhen Strontium Technology account at any time, and decide whether to resume use based on the actual situation. The losses caused to you as a result (including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing of user information and related data, inability to withdraw profits, etc.) shall be borne by you

4.6 If your Shenstrom Technology account is stolen, your password is forgotten, or for other reasons, you can contact Shenstrom Technology to file an appeal

4.7 You have an obligation to manage your messages, comments, and other content in real-time and effectively. If any information or content violates relevant laws, regulations, or policies due to your poor management, Shenstrom Technology Company has the right to restrict or cancel the aforementioned functions of your account

4.8 Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle of Shenstrom Technology, and Shenstrom Technology will take reasonable measures to protect user personal information. Except as provided by laws and regulations, Shenzhen Strontium Technology will not disclose or disclose user personal information to third parties without user permission

4.9 In the process of applying for this service, you need to fill in some necessary information. Please keep this information true, accurate, legal, and valid, and pay attention to timely updates, so that Shenstrontium Technology can provide you with timely and effective help or better provide services. According to relevant laws, regulations, and policies, please provide your true identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, you may not be able to use this service or may be restricted during use

4.10 Shenstrontium Technology will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure

4.11 Shenstrontium Technology attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using this service

4.12 You should fully respect the personal information of anyone, including but not limited to other users, that you have access to, received or obtained through this service. You should not collect, copy, store, disseminate or illegally use the personal information of other users in any other way. Otherwise, you shall bear the consequences arising from this

Fifth, Breach of Contract Handling and Disclaimer

5.1 In response to your violation of this agreement or other service terms, or your publication of content that violates laws and regulations, Shenstrom Technology Company has the right to independently judge and take measures such as pre warning, refusal to publish, immediate cessation of information transmission, deletion of content or comments, short-term prohibition of content or comments, restriction of some or all functions of the account until termination of service provision, permanent closure of the account, preservation of necessary information and reporting to relevant departments. Shenstrom Technology Company shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting in your inability to use the account and related services, inability to obtain assets or other rights in your account, etc. Shenstrontium Technology Company has the right to announce the processing results and decide whether to restore the use of relevant accounts based on actual circumstances. For suspected violations of laws and regulations, as well as suspected illegal activities, Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company will keep relevant records and has the right to report to relevant competent authorities in accordance with the law, cooperate with relevant authorities in investigations, and report to public security organs. The company has the right not to restore deleted content

5.2 If you violate the provisions of this agreement or other service terms, resulting in third-party complaints or litigation claims, you shall handle it on your own and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise as a result. If your illegal or breach of contract results in the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and inheriting companies compensating any third party or being punished by national authorities, you should also fully compensate the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and inheriting companies for all losses suffered as a result

5.3 Shenstrontium Technology Company respects and protects the legitimate rights and interests of users and others, including intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, etc. You guarantee that the text, images, videos, audio, links, etc. uploaded during the use of this service do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, Shenstrontium Technology Company has the right to remove the suspected infringing content upon receiving notification from the rights holder or relevant parties. You shall handle and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise from all claims made by third parties; If your infringement behavior causes losses to the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and inheriting companies (including but not limited to economic, goodwill, etc.), you should also fully compensate the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and inheriting companies for all losses suffered

5.4 Any losses incurred by you due to your illegal, irregular, or breach of contract modification or use of authorized materials or templates shall be borne by you; You shall fully compensate for any damages and losses caused to Shenstrontium Technology or third parties, including but not limited to direct losses, indirect losses, damage to goodwill, lawyer fees, legal expenses, and all other expenses related to safeguarding rights and interests. Shenstrontium Technology is not responsible to you or any third party, and has the right to close your platform account without notice, and will not refund any fees you have paid (if any)

5.5 You understand and agree that if Psyche AI Laike becomes aware of any material or content that may be accused of infringing on the rights of any third party, Psyche AI Laike has the right to demand that you immediately stop using the content, delete or destroy any copies, and ensure that your customers, distributors, and/or employers take the same action. Any costs incurred as a result shall be borne by you

5.6 For any loss of profits, punitive, special, indirect, consequential, incidental or other similar damages, costs or losses arising from this agreement, Deep Strontium Technology shall not be liable to the authorized person or any other person or entity, even if Deep Strontium Technology has been informed that such damages, costs or losses may occur

5.7 Disclaimer

5.7.1 You understand and agree that this service may be affected or interfered with by multiple factors, and the company does not guarantee (including but not limited to):

(1) this service is fully suitable for the user's usage requirements

(2) This service is not interfered with, timely, safe, reliable, or error free; Any software, services, or other materials obtained by the user through Shenstrontium Technology Company meet the user's expectations

(3) Any errors in this service will be corrected

5.7.2 You understand and agree that in the process of using this service, you may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.), network reasons, war, strikes, riots, etc. When force majeure occurs, the company will strive to repair it in a timely manner. However, for any suspension, suspension, termination of services or losses caused by force majeure, Shenstrontium Technology Company is exempt from liability within the scope permitted by laws and regulations

5.7.3 Shenstrom Technology Company has the right to handle illegal and irregular content in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Shenstrom Technology Company, and Shenstrom Technology Company cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal activities or corresponding handling

5.7.4 You understand and agree that Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company does not provide any express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind regarding this service, including but not limited to commercial suitability, suitability for specific purposes, etc. Your use of this service shall be at your own risk

5.7.5 You understand and agree that this agreement aims to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and others. Shenstrom Technology Company makes every effort to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its capabilities, but does not guarantee that Shenstrom Technology Company's judgments are completely consistent with those of judicial and administrative authorities. If any consequences arise as a result, you have understood and agreed to bear them on your own

5.7.6 Under no circumstances shall Shenstrontium Technology Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or punitive damages, including any loss of profits suffered as a result of your use of this service. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, Shenstrontium Company shall bear all responsibilities to you, regardless of the reason or behavior, and shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to Shenstrontium Technology Company during the use of this service

5.7.7 Shenzhen Strontium Technology Co., Ltd. (1) You are aware and agree that the content uploaded, published or transmitted on Psyche AI Laike is your personal behavior, and Psyche AI Laike is not responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, completeness, and legitimacy of such information and content. You hereby agree to waive the relevant responsibilities of Psyche AI Laike and Shenzhen Strontium Technology

(2) Your use, sharing, reprinting, and forwarding of your production results shall be lawful and compliant within the scope of this agreement, and independent judgment shall be made. If any self damage or damage to third parties is caused by your aforementioned use behavior, Shenzhen Strontium Technology and Psyche AI Laike shall not be held responsible

In addition, your aforementioned usage behavior should comply with the platform rules or requirements of third-party platforms (excluding the Shenstrom Technology platform, if involved). Psyche AI Laike cannot guarantee whether your production results can be used normally on such platforms (including but not limited to sharing, reposting, forwarding, live streaming, and video production). Any liability arising from your aforementioned usage behavior violating the rules or requirements of third-party platforms is not related to Psyche AI Laike or Shenstrom Technology

(3) In case of communication line failures, network or computer failures, system or server instability, force majeure or other non intentional service interruptions caused by Psyche AI Laike or losses to your account, assets, etc., Psyche AI Laike and Shenzhen Strontium Technology are not responsible, but Psyche AI Laike will make every effort to minimize the impact

(4) Under this agreement, the compensation limit of Shenzhen Strontium Technology to you is the actual service fee received by Psyche AI Laike, which is the highest obligation and total liability that Psyche AI Laike and Shenzhen Strontium Technology bear to you

VI. Advertising

6.1 You understand and agree that during your use of this service, Deep Strontium Technology may push you relevant information, advertising or brand promotion services, and Deep Strontium Technology will display commercial advertisements, promotions or information (including commercial or non commercial information) of this service and/or third-party suppliers and partners in this service

6.2 Shenstrontium Technology Company shall fulfill its advertising and promotion obligations in accordance with laws and regulations. You shall independently judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertising or promotion information and be responsible for your own judgment. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, any purchase, transaction, or damage or loss suffered by you due to the advertisement or promotional information shall be borne by yourself, and Shenstrontium Technology Company shall not be liable

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The intellectual property rights of the content provided by Shenstrom Technology Company in this service (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, images, audio, video, charts, layout design, electronic documents, and virtual digital human images) belong to the company. The copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the software on which the company provides this service belong to the company. Without the permission of the company, no one is allowed to use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, spreading, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading) the content in this service through any robot, "spider" or other program or device; Without the written consent of the company, this service or any part or function of this service shall not be provided to third parties in any form (including sales [such as to non Psyche AI Laike users], licensing, authorization or similar forms, whether free or paid). Unless otherwise agreed in the agreement signed between you and Shenstrontium Technology Company

7.2 You understand and promise that the content you publish and upload during this service (including but not limited to various forms of content such as text, images, videos, audio, and all components including music, sound, dialogue, visual design, etc.) is original or has been legally authorized (including sub authorization) by you. The intellectual property rights of the content you upload and publish through this service belong to you or the original copyright owner

7.3 Unless there is evidence to the contrary, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that in order to better share and promote your work, enhance its dissemination value and influence, the content you upload, publish, or transmit through this service (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, live content, and all components including music, sound, lines, visual design, dialogue, etc.), you grant Shenstrontium Technology Company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and inheriting companies a global, free, non exclusive, and sub licensable (through multiple levels) right (including but not limited to reproduction rights, translation rights, assembly rights, information network dissemination rights, adaptation rights, and the production of derivative products, performances). The scope of use of the above rights includes, but is not limited to, their use on current or other websites, applications, products, or terminal devices. You hereby confirm and agree that Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company has the right to use or license third parties to use and otherwise develop content (in whole or in part) in any promotion, promotion, advertising, marketing, and/or research related to the above content, this service, Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company, and/or Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company's brand. For the avoidance of doubt, you understand and agree that the rights granted above include the right and license to use, reproduce, and display personal images, portraits, names, trademarks, service marks, brands, names, logos, and company logos (if any) that you own or are licensed to use and incorporate into the content, as well as any other brand, marketing or promotional assets, materials, materials, etc. Based on the characteristics of certain functions, the content you publish through this service (including but not limited to the sound, audio, or dialogue contained in the content) can be used by other users when creating and publishing related content

Without the prior written consent of the company, you are not allowed to display, use, or apply for trademark registration, domain name registration, etc. in any way alone or in combination with the aforementioned logos in this clause. You are also not allowed to express or imply to others the right to display, use, or otherwise handle these logos. If you violate this agreement by using the above-mentioned trademarks, logos, etc. of the company and cause losses to the company or others, you shall bear all legal responsibilities

8. Special Agreements on Single Services and Third Party Services

8.1 This service includes information or content links obtained by Shenstrontium Technology Company through various legal means, as well as other single services legally operated by Shenstrontium Technology Company and its affiliates. These services may exist in separate segments at Psyche AI Laike. Shenstrontium Technology Company has the right to add, reduce, or modify the settings and services of these special sections from time to time

8.2 You can enable and use the above individual service functions in this service. Some individual services may require you to accept separate agreements or other rules between you and the third-party service provider that you have signed with Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company regarding the services. If necessary, Shenstrontium Technology Company will provide these agreements and rules in a prominent manner for your reference. Once you start using the above services, it is deemed that you understand and accept the relevant agreements and rules related to individual services. If the usage period is not specified, or if the usage period is not specified as "permanent", "unlimited" or "unlimited", the usage period of these services shall be from the date you start using the service until the service is discontinued

8.3 Especially, if you need to use our virtual digital human customization service, the price of the relevant service, the specific rights and restrictions included, etc. shall be confirmed in a separate agreement signed by both parties

8.4 You are not allowed to use the virtual digital human image in this service for any commercial purposes (including but not limited to: selling materials or content containing the virtual digital human image, using it for live streaming, recording, video likes and tipping, embedding it in the website, app or video platform account of commercial institutions, or using it for other similar commercial advertising, corporate promotion, packaging, decoration and other purposes with commercial promotion, advertising, promotion or similar nature). Unless otherwise agreed in the agreement signed between you and Shenstrontium Technology Company

8.5 When you use third-party software and related services in this service, in addition to complying with this agreement and other relevant rules in this service, you may also need to agree to and comply with third-party agreements and related rules. In case of disputes, losses or damages arising from third-party software and related services, you shall resolve them with the third party on your own, and Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company shall not be liable to you or any third party in this regard

9. Terms of Use for Minors

9.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read and agree to this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with the consent of your guardian before using the Psyche AI Laike software and related services. If you have not obtained the consent of your guardian, your guardian can notify the platform to handle the relevant account through the platform's public channels. The platform has the right to restrict the functions and use of the relevant account, including but not limited to browsing, publishing information, interactive communication, and other functions

9.2 Shenstrontium Technology Company attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. When filling out personal information, underage users should strengthen their awareness of personal protection and treat it with caution. They should obtain the consent of their guardians and use this service correctly under their guidance

9.3 Minors and their guardians understand and confirm that if you violate laws and regulations or the contents of this agreement, you and your guardians shall bear all legal responsibilities that may arise from this in accordance with legal provisions

9.4 Special reminder for underage users

9.4.1 Minors who use this service should learn to use the internet correctly within a reasonable range under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, avoid becoming addicted to virtual cyberspace, and develop good internet habits

9.4.2 Teenage users must comply with the National Youth Network Civilization Convention:

(2) Be honest and friendly in communication, and do not insult or deceive others

9.4.3 To better protect the privacy rights and interests of minors, Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company reminds you to carefully publish content containing materials related to minors. Once published, it is deemed that you have obtained the consent of the rights holder to display the portrait, voice, and other information of minors in this service, and allow Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company to use and process such content related to minors in accordance with this agreement

9.5 Special reminder from the guardian

9.5.1 If your ward uses this service, as the guardian, you should guide and supervise the ward's login and usage behavior. If your ward logs in and uses the Shenzhen Strontium Laike account, the company has the right to consider that they have obtained your consent

9.5.2 Your ward may use payment related functions when using this service. As a guardian, please keep your payment device, payment account, and payment password safe to prevent the ward from using payment related functions through your Shenstrontium Technology account without your consent

10. Others

10.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid due to conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, these provisions shall be reinterpreted and applied in accordance with the principle of being as close to the original purpose of this Agreement as possible without violating the law, and other provisions of this Agreement shall still have full force and effect

10.2 The signing location of this agreement is Chaoyang District, Beijing, People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute between you and Shenstrontium Technology Company, both parties should try their best to resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the court where the agreement is signed for litigation

10.3 In order to provide you with better services or due to changes in national laws and regulations, policy adjustments, technical conditions, product functions, etc., Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company will timely revise this agreement, and the revised content will form an integral part of this agreement. After the update of this agreement, Shenzhen Strontium Technology Company will issue an updated version to Psyche AI Laike and remind you of the updated content through official website announcements or other appropriate means before the updated terms take effect, so that you can timely understand the latest version of this agreement. You can also check the latest version of the agreement terms on the website homepage or software settings page. If you continue to use this service, it means that you have agreed to accept the revised content of this agreement. If you have any objections to the revised agreement, please immediately stop logging in or using the Psyche AI Laike software and related services. If you continue to log in or use the Psyche AI Laike software and related services, it is deemed that you acknowledge and accept the revised agreement content

10.4 The headings in this agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision in this agreement

10.5 Both you and Shenstrontium Technology Company are independent entities, and this agreement does not constitute any form of express or implied guarantee or condition from the company to you, nor does it constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between the two parties

10.6 In order for you to know the information related to this agreement and membership services, you agree that Shenzhen Strontium Technology has the right to notify you through one or more ways, such as website publicity, page prompts, pop-up windows, message notifications, official account notifications, your reserved contact information (such as mobile phone messages, e-mail, etc.), and the notification shall be deemed to have been successfully delivered to you when sent by Shenzhen Strontium Laike. If multiple notification methods coexist, the delivery time shall be based on the earliest of the above methods
